How to Kill the Traitor in "Assassin's Creed 2"
In "Assassin's Creed II," Ezio travels to Venice to meet with the leader of the Thieves Guild, Antonio, who agrees to help him uncover a dangerous political conspiracy. Before he offers his help, though, he asks Ezio to find and kill a few traitorous Guild members. Antonio marks the general location of each of the three traitors on your map. To avoid causing a scene, the fastest and quietest way to take out the traitors is to kill them when no one is looking.

Walk north from your current location as soon as Antonio gives you the mission. Walk into the large green area marked on the radar.

Head to the ships by the docks. Turn on your eagle vision to locate the target. The correct target is the man who glows gold. Deactivate eagle vision.

Swim under the water towards the traitor's boat. Climb up the boat's southern side and stay there until the traitor walks near. Pull him into the water to kill him.

Leave the area and head southeast. Stay on the rooftops with eagle vision activated to locate the traitor, who is also walking around on the roof. Hang off the edge of the building where the traitor stands. When he walks close to you, grab him and throw him off the roof.

Go northeast to the next area marked on the radar. Again, use eagle vision to find your target. Follow the traitor along his patrol route.

Run ahead of the traitor and jump into the water below. Climb out of the water and cling to the wall. When the traitor walks by, reach up and grab him to throw him into the water and kill him.

Tips & Warnings
Always remain out of sight if you want to finish this mission quickly. If you are spotted, you will be chased by the guards. The target also flees if he sees you, and if he gets away, you fail the mission.
