How to Transfer Data From an Old T-Mobile iPhone to a New AT&T iPhone
When you purchase a new AT&T iPhone, you may want to transfer your information from your old T-Mobile iPhone. Apple designed the iPhone to sync with the iTunes application on your computer, and through this process, you can back up the data on your old T-Mobile iPhone and transfer it to your new AT&T iPhone.

Double-click the iTunes icon on your computer to open iTunes.

Connect the iPhone data cable to a USB port on your computer.

Connect the other end of the iPhone data cable to the port located at the bottom of your old T-Mobile iPhone.

Select your iPhone from the "Devices" section on the left side of the iTunes window.

Click the "Backup" button to create a backup of the data on your old iPhone. Click "Continue" to initiate the backup process. iTunes will prompt you when the backup is complete.

Remove the data cable from the bottom of your old T-Mobile iPhone and attach it to the port located at the bottom of your new AT&T iPhone.

Select your iPhone from the "Devices" list on the left side of the iTunes window.

Click the "Restore" button located at the bottom of the iTunes window.

Select the iPhone backup you created from your old T-Mobile iPhone.

Click the "Continue" button to transfer the data to your new AT&T iPhone. Your iTunes program will prompt you when the restore completes.
