Salespeople and managers can use SugarCRM to track customers and prospects.

SurgarCRM is an innovative, cost effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software popular with many business. It can be used for a number of purposes including monitoring and hold customer data, uploading and downloading data, customer contract tracking, email campaigns and a number of other applications. Set the system up with a few simple steps.

      Open your account or free trial account on SugarCRM by entering a name, email and password in the free trial page or my account page on the SugarCRM home page.

      Arrange the tabs on the My Sugar page by clicking and dragging each one. These will update dynamically as the data updates. For example, My Tasks tab, My Calls, My Meetings and My Leads tab can be dragged to the top of the page based on preference.

      Import data such as contacts, accounts and opportunities. Click on the appropriate tab of the data you would like to upload, then click on Import. Click on the type of file that you are importing from. Search for the file on your computer or online where the data is stored after clicking the Browse button. Click Import Now on the subsequent page to upload the information in bulk. Continue until all of your existing data is in the CRM.

      Use the links at the top of page to enter your current tasks or data one by one after you have uploaded pas information. For example, the first link that is in the shape of building has the title My Accounts. This is used to open an existing account and fill in the information. The next link appears as a Rolex card and is for a new contact.

      Arrange the Sales and Marketing tabs to mimic your Home tab with your display preferences. Drag and drop different fields based on which you prefer to see.
