      Turn any tablespoon measurements in the recipe to milliliters. 1 tbsp. equals 15 mL.

      Convert any cup measurements to milliliters. 1 cup equates to 250 mL.

      Divide volume of milliliters by 29.5735296, as 1 fl. oz. is equal to 29.5735296 milliliters. The resulting amount is the fluid ounce equivalent.
