Sign in to your Facebook account.

Enter "Causes" in the search to find the "Causes" app and click on it.

Click "Allow" when prompted to allow "Causes" permission to access Facebook account.

Go to the "Causes" app page. You will see the "Featured Cause," which changes regularly.

Press the "Refresh" button on your browser to reload the page. This changes the "Featured Cause."
