Developing a consistent prayer life can be a fruitful labor. A few disciplines such as journaling, meditating and setting aside a specific amount of time each day can help you stay true to your goal. Prayer can be an outlet for remembrance and reflection as well as a source of motivation and focus for any person. Prayer doesn't come naturally for everyone, but is a practice that all people from any religious background can participate in to find meaning and relationship with their God or deity.
