Select "Create-A-Player" from the main menu.

Select "Clothing" then "Shirts."

Select "Shirt 10" (full body outfit) from the Shirts menu. You will automatically enter the Detail menu.

Select "Detail 2" (flames) from the Detail menu. Select "Proceed" and the achievement will be unlocked.
