How to Get Eevee From Bebe
Due to Eevee's ability to transform into seven different Pokemon, players of the "Pokemon Pearl" version cannot wait for the opportunity to obtain this evolutionary creature. Each evolutionary creature has its own set of conditions. For example, in order for Eevee to evolve into the fire-type Pokemon Flareon, a fire stone must be applied to it, while a water stone turns Eevee into the water-type Vaporeon. By becoming a Pokemon Champion and obtaining the National Pokedex from Professor Oak, you can gain access to the town where Bebe resides and get the Eevee you have been waiting for throughout the game.

Defeat the Elite Four of the Pokemon League. Before you receive your title as "Pokemon Champion," you will have to battle one last time with current Pokemon Champion Cynthia.

Use your Pokemon's "Fly" ability to fly to Sandgem Town after you have defeated Cynthia. Walk south toward Professor Rowan's Research Lab and enter it.

Talk to Professor Rowan by facing him and pressing the "A" button. After Professor Rowan congratulates you on your achievements, Professor Oak will walk in and give you the National Pokedex as a gift.

Fly to Hearthome City and walk into Bebe's house, located next to the Pokemon Center.

Press "A" to speak with Bebe. After the conversation, you will receive an Eevee from her.
