How to Cancel an Order From Amazon.com With No Tracking
One of the largest online retailers on the Web, Amazon.com built its reputation on fair prices, fast shipping and exceptional customer service. If you have placed an order with Amazon.com by mistake and have not received an email verifying your shipment and providing you with a tracking number, you are in luck. Before an item is shipped, you can cancel the order from Your Amazon accounts page. Once Amazon ships your order, you cannot cancel the order. Instead, you'll need to return or exchange the items.

Tips & Warnings
If you ordered items from a third-party Amazon Marketplace seller, your order may not be integrated into Amazon's tracking system. If the order is marked "Shipped" on Your Account page and a "No Tracking" link appears next to the order, contact the Marketplace seller to try to cancel the order. The order may still be in process and not yet shipped. In this case, it is the seller's decision whether to cancel the order before shipment or advise you to return the item for a refund when you receive it.
