How to Find the Brush Menu on Picasa

Launch the Picasa photo application on your computer by double-clicking the desktop icon or by clicking on "Start," selecting "All Programs" clicking on the "Picasa 3" folder and then clicking on the "Picasa 3" application.

Navigate through the different albums imported to Picasa using the window pane on the left side of the program window. Find the image that you want to edit, and click on it.

Click on "View" in the file menu. Scroll down and click on "Edit View." The image will open in a new window with editing options.
