How to Export a DAZ to OBJ
Daz Studio is a three-dimensional figure-posing application used for creating both static and animated scenes. The freeware comes with some figures and other content, to which the user can add other items she purchased or made. In addition to importing content, the user can also export figures from the program as Wavefront OBJ files, which is a 3D format that many other programs can import.

Start Daz Studio. Select "File" from the menu and choose "Open." In the dialog that appears, locate a file containing a figure or model you want to export.

Click on the figure in the scene that you want to export. Select "File" from the menu and choose "Export." In the dialogue, name the file, change the file type to "Wavefront OBJ" and click "Save." The export options dialogue will open.

Click on the drop-down "To" menu to choose the application you want to export to. This will resize the figure to match the sizing increments of that program. Click "Accept" and the file will be exported.
