Instructions for the Sanyo Eneloop Charger

By Alicia Bodine

Sanyo makes Eneloop batteries that are rechargeable. Each Eneloop battery can be used up to 1,500 times. This will reduce the amount of batteries that end up in landfills. Eneloop batteries also last four times longer than your traditional Alkaline batteries, holding 75 percent of their charge even after sitting in storage for three years. You will need a Sanyo Eneloop charger in order to charge your Eneloop batteries.

Place the Eneloop batteries that you want to charge in the Sanyo Eneloop charger. Make sure the "+" and "-" terminals on the battery match the ones in the charger.

Flip the plug out (its tucked in the back of the charger) and place it in an electrical outlet.

Check to make sure that the green light is flashing. If not, you may have the batteries in wrong. The green flashing light indicates that the Sanyo Eneloop charger is charging the batteries.

Unplug the Sanyo Eneloop charger and remove the batteries once the green light remains constant without flashing. This indicates that the batteries are completely charged.

Flip the plug back in to the back of the charger.
