How to Open an E-mail Attachment on WebTV

It's easy to open most attachments in your WebTV e-mail. But you'll have trouble at times because the system can't read all attachment formats.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• WebTV
• Televisions
• Internet Access

1. Go to the Home screen.

2. Click on Mail.

3. Click on the e-mail message with the attachment in it.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the message.

5. Click on the attachment to open it.

Tips & Warnings

• You can receive JPEG and GIF files attached to your WebTV e-mail, but it can't read EXEs or BMPs.
• If you're getting attached audio files, sound wavs and midis are OK, but not RealAudio.
• You can't open multiple attachments.
