How to Make My Own SVG Files From Clip Art in Inkscape
Inkscape is a free vectors graphics program that anyone can download and use for any purpose. While Inkscape may not have all the tools and capabilities of the big names like Illustrator or CoreDraw, it is still a powerful and versatile tool that many people and businesses choose to use. One useful thing about Inkscape is it's ability to easily convert bitmap images like clip art into vector graphics and then save them as SVG files.

Load the clip art that you want to convert onto your computer.

Open Inkscape. Select "File" from the menu and choose "Import." In the dialog that appears, browse to and open one of your clip art images. Select the image on the canvas.

Select "Path" from the menu and choose "Trace Bitmap." In the dialog that appears, click on "Colors." Choose the number of colors you want to use. Then click on "OK" to trace the image as a vector.

Select "File" from the menu and choose "Save." In the dialog, name the file and save it as an SVG file.
