How to Access the Welcome Back Codes on Webkinz

A Webkinz account expires after one year.

One year after the adoption of your last Webkinz pet, your account will expire unless you adopt a new pet on your account. If you have a friend whose account has expired, you can help her by finding a Welcome Back Code. This 15-character code will give your friend a 30-day extension when applied to her account. The code is hidden in a certain advertisement. You can collect up to one code per account each day if you find the correct ad. When your friend uses the code, you will receive an exclusive item, such as the Welcome Back doormat.

Instructions

1. Look for the "Bring Old Friends Back" advertisement. The location of the ad changes when you move to a new place in Webkinz World or refresh your screen.

2. Click on the "How?" button on the advertisement. A pop-up containing the information and rules about the welcome back code will appear.

3. Select the "Request Welcome Back Code" choice from the pop-up. You will have access to the code saved to your account. You may want to write it down and keep it in a safe place as well.
