Print Out Sizing
-
1
Adjust your printer settings to print at 100 percent, for accurate printing results. Print out a copy of a fit-over sunglasses chart to conduct the sizing. Check that the chart is accurate, by placing a coin over the picture of a coin on the chart and making sure they are the same size.
-
2
Fold your prescription glasses closed and turn them over, lens-side down. Hold the glasses by the folded arms to avoid touching the lenses unnecessarily.
-
-
3
Set your glasses down on the first picture of sunglasses on the chart. Check to see if the picture of the sunglasses is the same size as your lenses. If they are, that is the size fit-over glasses that you need. If not, keep moving your glasses, until you find the picture that matches your frames the best.
Measuring Sizing
-
4
Fold your glasses closed and turn them, so the lenses are facing towards you. Set the glasses down on a table in front of you, so you can measure them.
-
5
Hold a measuring tape horizontally across the length of the glasses. Place one end of the tape at the left hinge of the glasses frame and extend to the right until the right-side hinge.
-
6
Turn the tape vertically and measure from the top edge of one of the lenses to the bottom edge. Measure at the biggest part of the lens, to get the best sizing. This vertical measurement is the height of your glasses.
