How to Make Pumpkin Patterns From Photos

Pumpkins are carved into intricate patterns with the help of stencils. Pumpkin stencils are also called patterns. They can be made by scanning a photo on your computer and then using a photo editing program to change it to a black and white photo. The black and white photo's colors are then inverted or switched to create a stencil. Make a pumpkin carving pattern or stencil from your favorite photo and then print it out and use it to carve your pumpkin. Does this Spark an idea?
