Choreography helps people learn how to do intricate dances by simplifying them into a series of moves. Upon mastering the moves, dancers will have learned the specific dance. Access a popular video hosting website. YouTube, DailyMotion, and LiveVideo are all sites that host millions of videos.

Using the site's internal search feature, search with the phrase "How to Do The (name of dance)." If the dance is from a music video, type the name of the song, followed by the word "Dance."

Select one of the video links from the search results. Once the video begins playing, follow the instructions from the teacher or choreographer to learn the moves. Pause, rewind, and repeat small parts of the video as many times as needed to learn a specific move. Continue this process until you've learned the entire routine.
