Most cellular phones only store a handful of your recent calls in the internal memory. Your phone's call log deletes the oldest numbers from its list automatically to make room for new incoming, outgoing or missed calls. Unfortunately, there is no way to restore this information on the device itself once it is lost. However, your call log is kept by your service provider for billing purposes. As a Verizon Wireless customer, you have access to the past six months of your call history.

Direct your Internet browser to "myverizon.com." If you are already a registered My Verizon user, simply sign in. Otherwise, click on the "Register for My Verizon" link. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete registration.

Choose the "Wireless" section. Click on the "Account" tab near the top of the page. This will show you an overview of your account.

Click on "My Bill." This will bring you to a page where you can view your Verizon Wireless bills in their entirety. Click on the bill date that corresponds to the call history you wish to view.

Browse through your call history, which is in chronological order. You may also print your call history.
