Twitter users have the power to designate certain tweets (Twitter status updates) as "favorites." This means that the tweet is permanently saved in the "Favorite" section for that user and can be viewed at any time. You can view and search your own Twitter favorites as well as the favorites of other users. To learn how to bring up and search Twitter favorites for yourself or for someone else, follow a few steps.
Step 1
Visit the Twitter Web site at Twitter.com, and sign in to your account.

Type the name of the user whose favorites you want to see into the top search box. If you want to view your own favorites, click the "Favorites" link on the right side of the screen and jump to Step 5.
Step 3
Click the user's name on the right side of the screen under "People results."
Step 4
Open the "Favorites" tab. This displays all tweets the user has made a "favorite."
Step 5
Hold down Ctrl and press the "F" key to open a search box. Type a keyword in to search the favorites on that page. If a match is found, the favorite will be highlighted.
