How to Disable 'Lock This Computer' in Vista Premium
Windows Vista Home Premium and other editions of Windows have a Lock This Computer option users can access from the menu that appears when they press "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Delete" simultaneously. When a computer is locked, it can't be used until the user types in her password again or a new user logs in. This option is normally disabled using the group policy editor for system administrators, but it isn't available in home editions of Windows Vista. Adjust this setting in the Windows registry editor.
