Open your web browser and navigate the the Zen V Plus support page (See Resources).

Click "Download" under "Firmware" and choose to "Save" it to your computer.

Connect your Zen to the computer using the Zen USB cable.

Double-click the file that was downloaded to your computer to start the installation process.
