Instructions

    • 1

Look for a picture of a bunny facing sideways eating grass.

    • 2

Sketch a lopsided oval shape for the rump. To the left of the rump draw a lopsided hexagon, half the size of the oval.

    • 3

Attach an egg shape to represent the head of the bunny rabbit. Overlap the head slightly with the hexagon at a 3 o'clock position. Sketch the egg shape head in a downward position to eat grass.

    • 4

Draw a floppy ear by sketching an elongated elliptical shape by the side of the head and a tail by drawing a wobbly circle at the end of the rump.

    • 5

Sketch the paws. The front paw is a small isosceles triangle lying horizontally at the bottom of the hexagon. The back paw is a long rectangle with curved corners, which is positioned vertically at the bottom of the bunny's rump.

    • 6

Connect all the shapes together to create an outline of the bunny rabbit. Smooth the edges, so its body is a natural shape.

    • 7

Sketch the tufts of grass around the rabbit's feet by drawing rough and jagged lines using upward and downward strokes from the base of the grass area.

    • 8

Fill in the details of the bunny's face. Add two small triangles for the teeth. Add a round, black dot for its eye and whiskers protruding from its cheek.

    • 9

Color the rabbit's fur and the grass.
