How to Recharge My Sprint Prepaid International Phone Card

Prepaid PhoneCards from Sprint allow you to stay in touch wherever you go.

Sprint Prepaid PhoneCards allow you to place domestic long-distance and international calls from any telephone. Once you use all the available minutes, you can add minutes to the card by contacting the Sprint automated customer service center. You cannot take your card to a Sprint store and have minutes added. In addition, Sprint requires credit and debit card payments when you recharge your Prepaid PhoneCard.

Instructions

1. Call the Sprint Prepaid Travel Card Customer Service Center. The number is on the rear of your card.

2. Press 1 on your phone to continue in English or press 2 to continue in Spanish.

3. Press 1 at the prompt to update your account and recharge your card.

4. Enter the toll-free number of the calling card you want to recharge. Find this number on the back of the card beside where it says, "To Place a Call on Your Card." Follow the voice instructions to update your account information if you get a prompt to do this.

5. Key in the number of minutes you want to add to your prepaid calling card.

6. Pay for the additional minutes by following the instructions for entering your credit or debit card information. Hang up once the transaction completes.
