1
Start by drawing a medium-sized circle about a third of the way down on your paper. This will be the frog's head. It doesn't matter if it is perfect. You will want to make sure there is enough room under the head to later add the body and legs.

2
Add the eyes. From the top of the head, draw two arches, spaced apart slightly. Each eye should look like an upside down "U" sticking up from the top of the frog's head. Within each eye, add pupils by shading in smaller circles. If you want your frog to look crazy, it's best to make sure each pupil is looking in an opposite direction.

3
Draw the mouth and tongue. Inside the frog's head, make a wide, elongated oval shape. You will want to draw the mouth to look as if the frog is screaming. Nothing says crazy like a screaming frog. From the corner of the mouth, draw a long, narrow tongue so that it shoots out and up. At the tip of the tongue, you can add a dark dot with tiny wings. This makes it look like the crazy frog has caught a fly.

4
Attach the body. To create the frog's body, simply draw a fat "U" starting just under the left cheek on the side of the frog's face, ending just under the right cheek.

5
Add the legs. The front legs should be thin and narrow. Draw two lines for each leg protruding down from under the frog's chin. Connect the lines at the bottom of each leg with a "W" shape. These are the frog's toes. From the sides of the fat body, draw the hind legs. Start on the right side of the body. To get the basic shape of the leg, draw a "2" starting from around the area where the front leg's shoulder would be. Draw a backward "2" on the other side. Repeat a slight variation on the "W" for the toes, and the crazy frog is complete!
