How to Transfer a Google Blog to Wordpress
Blogger and Wordpress are two tools that you can use to create your own blog. Blogger is owned by Google; your blog is hosted on the Blogger.com website. WordPress is blogging software that you can install on any website. Moving from Blogger to your own domain provides you with more freedom, the ability to highly customize your site and accept advertising. Moving from Blogger to WordPress takes minutes via an XML file export and import.

Log into your Google Blogger account.

Click the "Settings | Basic" tab and then click "Publish Selected." Your Blogger blog will be exported to your hard drive as an XML file.

Log into your WordPress account.

Click "Import," located under Tools and then click "Blogger."

Follow the Blogger import tool's instructions to upload your XML file to WordPress.

Tips & Warnings
If you receive a message like "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted", your file size may be too large to upload. Call your hosting service and ask them to temporarily remove the file size limit for your server. They may also be able to complete the import on their end.
