How to Create a Quick Style in Word 2007
Microsoft Word 2007 includes a gallery of formatted styles to give your document a consistent look. If you prefer to create your own set of font options, such as Times New Roman, italic and blue font color, you can save these combined commands as one quick style. This new style will display as a button in the "Styles" gallery on the "Home" tab. Activating the style button will format a word or a whole document with your style preference.

Tips & Warnings
If a wavy green or red underline appears with the selected text, the "Styles" command doesn't show when you right-click. For example, if the text includes a style error, then the full list of commands won't display. Edit the word or sentence and then right-click to display "Styles" on the drop-list of commands.
