Select a picture of a particular nose you wish to draw, ensuring that the dimensions and appearance of this nose are specific to the image you have in mind for this activity. This picture should also reflect the angle at which your nose needs to be drawn for the intended purpose.

Draw the guideline of this nose to get a rough estimate on how each of the individual details will come together for this feature. For direct shots of the nose, use an upside-down T to loosely create this outline. The vertical line represents the bridge while the nostrils will be drawn along the horizontal line.

Use light pencil strokes to create the rounded outside of the nostrils along the horizontal line. Smaller noses will require fewer lines to define this feature, while fatter noses will need a circular shape in order to create this image.

Connect the two nostrils with a small, rounded line. This line should be drawn directly in the middle of the bridge of the nose.

Curve the vertical line slightly so that the bridge of the nose appears more realistic in nature. Carefully erase the guidelines you used.

Trace the lines of the nose with an ink pen to create a bolder look. Let the ink dry completely, then erase any remaining lines.
