The Microsoft Outlook application, which is part of the Microsoft Office software suite, features a full calendar and scheduling tool in addition to its e-mail and address book functions. Outlook's calendar tool lets you organize your personal schedule and even invite other Outlook users to group meetings. If you want to completely reset your Outlook calendar, manually clear all of your calendar entries and events.

Instructions

      Launch the Microsoft Outlook application on your PC.

      Navigate to the "Calendar" tab in the lower-left corner of the main Outlook window.

      Go to "View" in the top menu bar, expand the "Current View" submenu and choose the "By Category" option.

      Click on the "Categories: (none)" header at the top of list of calendar entries.

      Open the "Edit" menu and choose "Select All" or press the "Ctrl" and "A" keys at the same time to highlight all of your calendar entries.

      Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard or use the "Delete" command in the "Edit" menu. Outlook clears the calendar data and moves your entries to the "Deleted Items" folder.
