How to Retrieve Offline Deleted Files
If you delete any content off your computer, it is sent to the "Recycle Bin." If you have deleted something you would like to return to your computer, you can have the content restored. This will place the file or folder back in the same place from which you originally deleted it. Just note that if you have emptied the Recycle Bin, you will be unable to carry out this restore process.

Double-click on the "Recycle Bin" icon on your desktop.

Scroll through the list of deleted content and locate the file you would like to restore.

Right-click on the file with your mouse button and select "Restore" from the drop-down menu. The file will now be restored to your computer.

Open up the folder which should contain the restored file to check that it has been restored correctly.
