How to Reedem HSBC Points

Redeem rewards points for business and personal airline tickets.

HSBC, a banking and financial services organization based in London, offers credit cards such as the HSBC Premier, Platinum Visa and Master Card and the eco smart Master Card. With the rewards credit cards, you can earn rewards points with each credit card purchase. There is no cap on the number of points you can earn. You can redeem rewards points for environmentally friendly products, airline tickets, hotel stays, gift cards, charitable contributions or cash back. Review your monthly billing statement for a list of your earned points. HSBC offers several ways to redeem your rewards points.

Instructions

1. Redeem your rewards points online. Navigate to the HSBC website (see Resources) and click "HSBC Online." Click "Log On" in the personal or business Internet banking section. Locate and click the "Credit Card Rewards" link, click "Redeem Rewards" and browse the online rewards catalog.

2. Redeem from your Internet banking site. Log in to your Internet banking site, locate and click "Rewards." An additional login ID and password are not required when accessing the rewards information from your Internet banking site.

3. Redeem by contacting the rewards program headquarters. Call 800-944-0076 and speak with a representative to redeem your rewards points.
