How to Play "Final Fantasy Tactics Advance"
"Final Fantasy Tactics Advance," released for the Game Boy Advance in 2003, is a strategy and RPG game that lets players enter multiple battles throughout the fictional world of Ivalice. In order to play the game, players must know how to control the world map, engage enemies and take control of the battle system. Players gain money and items from each successful battle. The game is rated "E" for everyone.

Use the directional pad to control the cursor on the map. Press the "Start" button to access the game menu.

Press "A" to select a command. Use "B" to cancel commands and actions.

Use the "L" button to see the laws for what items and rules are in place for that area. Press the "R" to show the information about a selected area.

Press the "Select" button to show the command help screen.
Starting Battles

Press "Start" to start the battle. Use "Select" to see the laws.

Use the directional pad to cycle between units. Press "R" to access stats for units, change abilities and change equipment.

Use "L" to switch to Field View mode - used for seeing the battlefield and the status of units.
Battle System

Use the directional pad to control the cursor. Press "Start" to access the game menu.

Press "A" to select a command, show unit statuses and commands and highlight the active unit with the cursor. Use "B" to show the range of a unit and cancel commands.
