How to Get Past the Gyro Blades in "Devil May Cry 4"
In "Devil May Cry 4," you play as Nero, an Order of the Sword member who sets out to unravel a demonic conspiracy. After completing the third mission, Nero receives the Anima Mercury, a power that enables you to attack creatures with great strength or to move large objects. In the fourth mission, Cold Blooded, four Gyro Blades are hidden throughout the dungeon. You must use your powers to move the Gyro Blades onto their plates. Doing so unlocks the gate so you can escape the dungeon.

Stand in front of the Gyro Blade, located near the pillar, when the level begins. Strike the Gyro Blade with your sword several times until blades stick out and spin. Punch the Gyro Blade with your Buster to send it flying into the blue barrier. The barrier disappears.

Enter the Gallery. Kill the enemies to disable the red barrier. Head through the door to the Grand Hall. Keep walking until you reach the Large Hall.

Punch one of the Gyro Blades in this room towards the southeastern hall. Keep punching it until it connects with a blue barrier, disabling it.

Move both of the Gyro Blades back onto their plates in front of the large blue barrier. Go east and enter the Dining Room.

Kill the White Knights in this room. Punch the Gyro Blade across the room, around the corner and down the next hall. Stand behind the Gyro Blade because it acts like a shield against the fireballs that shoot at you.

Punch the Gyro Blade into the back wall to stop the fireballs. Continue into the next room. Kill the enemies and then punch the glowing blue statue repeatedly until the door opens.

Locate the fourth Gyro Blade to the left of the blue statue. Punch it down the hall and place it on the empty plate. With all four Gyro Blades in place, the blue barrier disappears. Head through the door into the Central Courtyard to fight a boss.

Tips & Warnings
In the boss room, you fight Bael, a toad demon. Attack its tongue for massive damage.
