They offer the same nutritional value as full-grown carrots. When selecting carrots for juicing, look for firm carrots. Additionally, the carrots should not contain any cracks.   • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Paper towels
  • Vegetable peeler
  • Juicer
  • Airtight container (optional)

Instructions

      Place the baby carrots on the cutting board. Cut off the tops of the baby carrots. Peel.

      Wash and dry the baby carrots. Only prepare the amount of baby carrots you need for the recipe. The other baby carrots should be placed in an airtight container and refrigerated.

      Place the baby carrots into the juicer along with the other ingredients for the recipe.
