How Do I Store Cheddar Popcorn?
To make cheddar popcorn, pop the corn kernels and sprinkle them with cheddar cheese powder. Toss the fresh popcorn with a bit of melted butter prior to sprinkling it the powder, which will help the cheese stick to the popcorn. Pour the cheddar popcorn into a plastic storage container. If you wash the container first, make sure it is thoroughly dry before filling it with popcorn.

Press an airtight lid onto the top of the container to keep out any moisture.

Write the popcorn storage date on a piece of masking tape. Attach the label to the side or top of the container.

Store the popcorn in a cool, dry location, such as a pantry or cupboard for one to two weeks. Store a bag of unopened, commercially packaged cheddar popcorn for two to three months.
