How to Find an Acer Driver
To use hardware devices on an Acer PC, the computer must have a driver for each device. A device driver, or software driver, transmits data between a hardware device and the operating system (OS) and its applications. The applications installed to the OS send instructions to the device through the driver.
Problems can occur with some devices if the drivers are outdated. You can find and download updated drivers on the Acer site.
