Leave your hair unwashed for a day or two before Halloween, if possible. Spray your hair with any color of neon temporary hair dye to brighten your locks. Let the hair spray dye dry.

Apply a hefty dollop of hair glue to your hands. Turn your head upside-down and rub the glue along both sides of the hair. Pull your hair away from your head in a row along the center. Apply more glue as needed to form a Mohawk.

Draw a thick line with black eye liner across the bottom lids of your eyes, smudging it gently with your finger to create a smoky effect. Add a thick line of eye liner across the top of your eye lids next to the eyelashes. Apply two or three coats of black mascara.

Color your entire eye lids all the way to the brow with eye shadow in a bright hue, such as blue, pink, purple or green. Brush a line of the eye shadow beneath the bottom lids below the eye liner.

Powder your face with white face powder to create a ghostly effect suitable for Halloween. Paint your lips with a dark red lipstick in two or three coats. Spray a light coat of glitter over your hair and face.
