How to Change Your Gender Listing on ChaCha

ChaCha is a fast-moving texting service that allows people to ask questions and receive answers from ChaCha Guides instantly for free. You can ask questions via phone, text message or by adding the ChaCha application on your smartphone. If you have set up your ChaCha account online and mistakenly put the wrong answer for "gender," you can easily access your account and change your answer.

Instructions

1. Scroll to the top of your page and click "Login." Type your email address and password under "Login to Your ChaCha Account" or log in using one of the social networks listed under "Login Using Your Social Network."

2. Select the "Personal Information" tab under "ChaCha Account." Click the down arrow for the drop-down box to select the correct gender.

3. Scroll down and click "Save." Scroll to the top of your page to click "Logout" and you're done.
