Instructions

    • 1

Order a permanent marker remover pen from an online vendor or purchase one from your local office supply store. Some examples of marker remover pens are Deco Art, Scotch and Motsenbocker's Lift Off.

    • 2

Trace the permanent marker line with the marker remover pen. Allow the remover to set for a few minutes. The ink should disappear. if the ink does not disappear, the only way to remove it is by covering it up with correction fluid.

    • 3

Open the bottle of correction fluid, and wipe the fluid on the side of the bottle much like you would nail polish. This helps to ensure globs of fluid do not stay on your applicator brush.

    • 4

Swipe the fluid over the marker line. You want to paint a thin coat of fluid on top of the marker. Allow the fluid to dry. If the marker is still showing, swipe on another thin coat.
