How to Change the Color of the Orange Bar on Comments

Every MySpace profile looks the same by default. The background is a light blue, and the bar behind some of the headings are a darker blue. The bar behind the other headings, like the comments box is orange. After customizing your background, the orange bar might not go with the theme of your page. Change the color of the orange bar on comments by applying the correct HTML code into your profile in just a few steps.

Instructions

1. Go to your MySpace account. Click "Edit Profile."

2. Copy and paste the following code into the "About Me" section of your profile:

   <style>

   td.text table {width:100%;}

   .friendsComments td table, .friendsComments td.text table, .friendSpace table{ background-color:Place color code here; }

   </style>

   Put the color you want your comments bar to be where the code says "Place color code here."

3. Click "Save Changes."

Tips & Warnings

• Preview what your comment bar will look with the new color before saving your changes by clicking "Preview Changes" instead of "Save Changes."

• This code only changes the color of the orange bar on comments -- not the other sections.
