Meet guys after you've graduated at places they frequent.

A lifestyle upgrade often occurs after you've graduated from college. You're looking for an amazing job, you're hanging out at the cool, sophisticated hot spots and you're ditching the frat boys. Finding a guy who has a bit of experience under his belt now trumps the guy who can guzzle the most beer from the keg. To find your 30-something beau, look for him in places he's likely to be on a regular basis.

Instructions

    • 1

Go where the older guys go. Thirty-somethings quickly transition to thinking about looking better, making money and enjoying more luxuries. Start your quest by venturing to places you may cross paths with him, such as the gym, a busy workplace or getting supplies for his car. Make your first mission exploring areas he may frequent.

    • 2

Step outside of your comfort zone. Instead of a routine of going to work and coming back home to feed the dog and watch reality television, switch things up. Change your schedule so that you're more likely to meet a potential date at some point. Grab a magazine and enjoy lunch alone down the street from your office instead of eating lunch at your desk. Meet a friend for a drink for happy hour instead of waiting until weekends to go out.

    • 3

Mimic his steps. Think about the type of guy in whom you're interested, the type of job he might have and anticipate his schedule. Go to the gym early in the morning to see if he is there getting in a few reps before work. Pick up your dry cleaning and mail right after lunch. Consider times he will be filling in his non-leisure hours with errand running.

    • 4

Approach him when you spot him. Be confident, smile, look at him directly and be aggressive. Ditch the theory that men always have to approach women. After years of chasing girls, he deserves a break and shouldn't have to do all the work. Give him the opportunity to carry the conversation, but be willing to be the first one to open up the lines of communication.
