How to Retrieve the Text History With ChatZilla

Open Mozilla Firefox. Open ChatZilla by selecing the "Tools" menu and clicking "ChatZilla."

Select the "ChatZilla" menu in ChatZilla. Click "Preferences..."

Scroll to the bottom of the "General" tab in the "Global Settings" dialog box.

Click the "Browse" icon in the "Logging" section of the "General" tab.

Locate where the "Logs" folder is located on your computer by exploring the "Browse For Folder" dialog box that opens.

Access the "Logs" folder on your computer. Keep the "Browse For Folder" dialog box open to help you find the location of the "Logs" folder. The folder is in the "ChatZilla" folder, which is in the "Firefox" folder.

Select the chat text file you want to view in the "Logs" folder.
