Easy Way to Lace a Corset
From a form of underwear to a sexy addition to an everyday outfit, a corset is definitely an eye-catcher. The binding material helps keep any unwanted flab constricted, which allows you to have a more sleek look. However, the trick is to make sure the corset is laced tight enough but is not tight enough to cause pain. By threading the ribbon through the loops and pulling slightly, your corset will look great and still be somewhat comfortable. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Feed the ribbon through the top two eyelets. Start from the top and push the ribbon through to the inside to create a smooth look. The ends of the ribbon should be on the inside of the corset. Pull the ribbon so that it is even on both sides. The process will be similar to lacing your shoes.

2
Cross the ends of the ribbon once and feed the ribbon through the next set of eyelets. Rotate from going under and over with the design. For example, since you started off by pushing the ribbon through to the back of the corset, come from the back to the front with the next set.

Pull the ribbon through the eyelets and adjust the ribbon so that you still have an even amount hanging on each side.

4
Continue to cross the ribbon and feed it through the eyelets until all eyelets have been laced with the ribbon.
-
5
Pull the ribbon to make the corset close together. It should be snug, but not uncomfortable.
