How to Change a Text to Display to a Hyperlink Address in Excel
Microsoft Excel 2010 can insert a hyperlink that leads to a Web page. The "Insert" tab on the command Ribbon includes a "Hyperlink" button. The embedded hyperlink will display as underlined text in the cell. When the viewer clicks the hyperlink, the Web page opens in the Web browser.

Open the Excel worksheet.

Click the cell where you wish to insert the embedded hyperlink address.

Click the "Insert" tab on the command Ribbon.

Click "Hyperlink" in the "Links" group. A dialog box appears.

Type or paste the Web page address in the "Address" text box. You can also locate the address by clicking "Browsed Pages" and selecting the location that will appear in the "Address" text box.

Click "OK." The cell displays underlined text for the embedded hyperlink.

Tips & Warnings
Click the cell, not just some of the cell's text, before clicking the "Hyperlink" command.
