How to Keep My iPhone App From Deleting
The iPhone can download software applications directly from the online App Store and install them on the home screen. You remove applications from the iPhone by deleting them from the home screen. Restrictions can be placed on who can add and remove applications from the iPhone through the device's settings, allowing you to prohibit apps from unauthorized removal.

Tap Settings on the home screen to launch the application.

Open the "General" page. Tap the "Restrictions" button.

Tap the "Enable Restrictions" button and enter a four-digit passcode. Enter the passcode a second time to confirm it. This code will be required if you want to disable the iPhone's restrictions.

Slide the "Deleting Apps" switch to "On." Removal of applications from the iPhone's home screen will now be prohibited until you disable the restrictions.

Tips & Warnings
You can also prohibit the installation of new applications by sliding the "Installing Apps" switch to "On."
If you forget the restrictions passcode, you will have to wipe the iPhone completely to disable the restriction settings.
