How to Stop a Voodoo Ritual

How to Stop a Voodoo Ritual thumbnail
Stop bad luck, negative voodoo rituals and black magic by performing protective magic.

Voodoo is a polytheistic religion of African-American descent that mixes Haitian and Native American customs. Voodoo rituals are characterized by dancing, singing and animal sacrifice: Rituals are conducted to honor the ancestors or call upon them for aid during magical rites. Pop culture has given voodoo a bad rap, deeming it as a malicious religion. Although voodoo rituals are generally conducted with positive intent, some rites direct ill will towards others. Many forms of black magic exist within and outside of voodoo culture. If you suspect bad voodoo has been directed towards you, stop it and restore your well being.

Instructions

    • 1

Obtain a fresh, brown egg and place it in a brown paper bag. Secure the bag with black string or ribbon: Black string absorbs negative energy. In the evening during the waning moon, rub the egg all over your body and envision negative energy absorbing into it. Place it back into the bag, secure it with the black string and store it underneath your bed.

    • 2

Place one black votive candle and one white votive candle in separate pie plates. Set the candles on a sturdy surface, such as a dressing table. Sprinkle sea salt around the white candle to form a protective circle: The white candle is representative of yourself. Anoint the white candle with frankincense essential oil. If desired, roll the oiled candle in a crushed protective herb, such as chamomile. Prop a mirror upright between the black and white candles, ensuring that the reflective side faces the black candle: The black candle represents the negative forces directed towards you. Light both candles and allow them to melt down entirely. As they burn, envision negative forces being repelled from you.

    • 3

Place a charcoal disk in your resin incense burner and light it. Place frankincense resin over the charcoal and transport the burner to your bathroom. Draw a warm bath, adding liberal amounts of Epsom salt and frankincense essential oil to the water. You may add protective herbs to the bath if you wish. Soak in the bathwater for about 30 minutes. Relax your body entirely, close your eyes and envision white and gold light streaming onto you from the heavens. Feel your entire being emanating with positive energy. Remain in the bathtub as you drain out the water, envisioning black energy draining out of you as it exits the bathtub.

    • 4

Arise from your bath and bask in the burning frankincense for several minutes: Feel the smoke cleanse your body. Dress and return to the candles. Once they have melted down entirely, discard each candle. Retire to bed.

    • 5

Repeat this ritual for seven nights. On the morning after the seventh night, place the mirror in a black satchel and break it. Discard the satchel, candle wax and the brown paper bag containing the egg.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not leave burning candles or charcoal unattended in case of fire hazard.

  • Wear protective equipment, such as gloves and safety goggles, while breaking glass.
