How to Get a Urine Smell Out of Sheets
A household with young children or dogs will inevitably end up with "wet" sheets from time to time. Removing urine and its smell from sheets is much like removing any other type of stain with presoaking, the use of warm water rather than hot, and making sure the stain is throughly removed before putting sheets in the dryer. Hold up the sheet and locate the urine stains. Spray the stains thoroughly with stain remover.

Fill the washing machine with warm water and add a normal amount of laundry detergent for a single load. Add the sheet to the washer and allow it to soak for 30 minutes in the detergent and warm water.

Turn on the washer to the gentle cycle and wash the sheet.

Hang up the sheet and allow it to air dry. Inspect the sheet after it is partially dry. Check that there are no stains remaining and that the smell is completely gone. Put the sheets in the dryer if the stain and smell are gone. Repeat the process of soaking and washing the sheet if the stain or smell remain.
