How to Look at Documents on a BlackBerry Curve
You do not have to wait until you get to a computer to look at attached documents in your email messages. Your BlackBerry Curve has that functionality built-in. In addition to getting real-time access to your email messages, the Curve supports the opening of email attachments in many popular formats, such as Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF. If you are out of the office and need access to your attached documents on the run, you can use your BlackBerry Curve.

Select the "Email" icon on the Home screen.

Navigate to the email on your BlackBerry Curve that contains the document you want to look at.

Press the "Menu" key, and then select "Retrieve Attachment Information" from the pop-up menu. The attached document is downloaded.

Select "Open Attachment" to view the attached document. If there is more than one attachment, select an attachment on the Attachments screen, then select "Retrieve."
