How to Tie a Thick Knot
There are hundreds of different knot combinations for applications in fishing, climbing, sailing and decoration. A double, overhand knot is one of the thickest knots you can create and is used to prevent a piece of rope from unraveling or as a stopper. This is a common knot in sailing as it can be tied tightly against an object or another knot.
