How to Do Doll Lips

Makeup has transformative powers. If you love delicate, powder-pink pouts, learn how to do doll lips. Doll lips are full, with an emphasized cupid's bow and feminine shape. Using tools such as lip liner, lip gloss and lipstick, create the look that you desire. Doll lips tend to be light pink colors. Use lip gloss to create a moist and glossy look.

Things You'll Need

• Concealer
• Loose powder
• Powder brush
• Lip liner
• Lipstick
• Lip gloss

Instructions

1. Apply concealer over your lip line. The concealer should match your skin color. Use your index finger to dab on the concealer. Cover all of the lips with concealer or just the natural lip line. Add a light dusting of powder on top of the concealer to set it using a powder brush.

2. Line the lips just outside of the natural lip line using a nude or light pink lip pencil. The color that is nude on you depends on your skin color. Draw the lips just above the lip line. Do not make it look too obvious or leave much space between the natural lip line and the one that you created.

3. Apply pink lipstick onto the lips. Make sure to cover all of the lips. Choose a creamy lipstick formula rather than a matte formula.

4. Brush high-shine lip gloss on top of the lipstick. Choose clear gloss or pearl-colored lip gloss.

Tips & Warnings

• If you have dry lips, apply lip balm before putting on concealer.
